Sugar List #6 - My Ear Indulgences

Well, HELLO there!

Did you think we weren't only at the beginning?... I know, I know... I took quite a break... but, loves, it's incredibly important that you listen to your body. If you feel a pull to rest... to be still... to be thoughtful about your needs, to become more full, to grant yourself grace, to acknowledge again what makes you imperfectly bold and beautiful... what makes you the miracle you've been begging mercy from... You gotta rest, love. No matter what anyone else says, your worth is not determined by your level of productivity on any given day. Listen, not to get to deep, but I was pulled...I'm breathing much better because of the break... NOW, let's get to it!

The Taurus in me has been thinking about the indulgences that have grown to be acts of love to me from self. Whether I'm enjoying a warm Chai latte on a cold day or adding lavender to my bath for that extra level of relaxation... These extra indulgences make the word itself sound less derogatorily pretentious... more like gifts from the source that's inside you. With this logic in mind, the music choices seem to follow... rich, deep, and luxurious to my ears (or just vibey af). Here's Sugar List #6! The first of the the year 2021.
